Beware of this company and his owner I was a tenant for 8 years and I fixed most the things in the house i painted, I fixed the windows damaged by the storm, i put a new light in the kitchen the old one was damaged by water leak through the roof, I dry the carpet each time after the each storm, the front door never been changed sine the hurricane Katrine (2005) I fixed 3 times and I called them once to fix the leak in the bathroom they charge me 180.00 and when I moved from there i cleaned the carpet and the whole house and ... read more
Beware of this company. The person that is managing our complex does not respond to our requests for information (especially the financial statements and records). He very rarely comes to meetings to answer our questions or answer the association board members' e-mails.
