The staff is so hateful they don't wont to help and all they want you to do is get on line and do your business through there. It is the worst program they have done. When you call in you have to go through so many automative services before getting to talk to anyone. If the staff was more helpful instead of hating trying to help someone it would probably be a little better. Please train your staff to be helpful not hateful. Can't get an actual representative on the phone to address your issues, ever. Having an energy monopoly has made them lazy in trying to make things right for their customers.
This is a true money hungry company that cares nothing about their customers. Every one has a smart mouth & a non empathetic approach about their customer service. It’s “you either have it or you don’t !” They give you run around & repeat information that you’re already aware of instead of actually helping. Ready to move from Columbia & part ways with CPWS !
Very reasonable prices, and they do a good job.
Worst power grid ever. Power seems like it’ll go out if someone breaths wrong. Likely a poorly maintained old power grid. No incentive to improve because it’s a monopoly. Worst experience with a power company I’ve ever had.
