Very unprofessional they charged me a day early then over drafted my bank account. I called to straighten it out they leave me on hold for over 30 min just to hung up on me I'm pregnant and have a toddler but they don't care about the client at all. They only care that they are the only one who does power in Columbia so they get to treat people horribly.
Rather than calling me regarding a final bill, they mail it, all-be-it to a wrong address I’ve never even lived at. Obviously no one received their bill, therefore, it went unpaid. Next thing I know my credit is dinged 97 points because they’ve sent it to collections! A simple 30 second phone call would’ve fixed it! Customer service is garbage!
