Very unprofessional they charged me a day early then over drafted my bank account. I called to straighten it out they leave me on hold for over 30 min just to hung up on me I'm pregnant and have a toddler but they don't care about the client at all. They only care that they are the only one who does power in Columbia so they get to treat people horribly.
Rather than calling me regarding a final bill, they mail it, all-be-it to a wrong address I’ve never even lived at. Obviously no one received their bill, therefore, it went unpaid. Next thing I know my credit is dinged 97 points because they’ve sent it to collections! A simple 30 second phone call would’ve fixed it! Customer service is garbage!
Had my credit card stolen last month, and I missed my FIRST PAYMENT IN THE FOUR YEARS I HAVE LIVED HERE 5 days ago because I forgot to update it. They immediately send me a disconnect notice, threatening to shut it off exactly 1 week after the due date, meaning that I had like 2 days by the time their petty threat was delivered. Like, chill out. Doesn't help that their infrastructure is the worst I've ever had the displeasure to live under. Anything stronger than a drizzle has decent odds of tripping the power.
