Horrible communication.
I have paperless billing and they wait till after my bill is past due to send and email of my bill. Would like to just receive my bill on time without having to log in and manually check it.
I am a remote worker. While trying to work online this morning, my internet went out. I called to report and was informed it was a planned maintenance outage. I received no prior notification of this outage. Very unprofessional and I'm disappointed with Thank God I'm switching to a different broadband carrier next week. I wish I had the option to switch my power and water as well. People should have that option instead of having to deal with CPWS.
