Had the technician come out - very nice guy and he took the time to clearly explain everything to me. Very happy with them!
The technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and, above all, he got the job done. He arrived on time, and got right to work. His first interior treatment was unobtrusive, but he still took the time to explain what he was doing and why. After the follow-up visit our carpenter ant problem was knocked out.
When I had a concern about the pricing we were able to come to a very reasonable agreement. The pest control pro got started right away and blocked the rats from all access points into my basement. It involved working in tight dirty spaces and he had no problem and cleaned up the rat droppings. I am very satisfied.

Columbia Pest Control Pros did a great job in Columbia SC for my pest control service. Music to my ears: 'Worry not. I'll rescue your house from the termites.' It took two visits, but the exterminator did just that. At first, I freaked out upon seeing the swarm of flying termites in my bedroom ... you can only imagine. But true to his word, he solved the problem over the course of a few weeks. And, he does it with humor, intelligence and integrity.
