Fantastic service. I just switched from another “highly rated” pest service that refused to treat my basement. The first time out, Columbia treated my entire house and walked me through everything. I am thrilled I made the switch over to Columbia.
Mike was friendly and on time. He was very thorough in his inspection and helpful with his notes. Amber (in the office) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful too!
Jason is very thorough and I appreciate him going the extra mile to place the ant bait on the patio areas and on the side of our home - You all are amazing at what you do and thanks Marta for taking care of this!
I'm very confident the rodent problem at my home has been resolved given the terrific service by Emilio. After a very thorough inspection, he plugged every access point he found around the foundation of my home and then set traps. I was given 3 follow up visits with NO service contract required. My home is pest free again!
