I had an appointment scheduled but the office was very busy and I was not able to be seen. An appointment was immediately rescheduled and the office staff was very accommodating. A week later, I received a card in the mail with an unexpected surprise that brought tears to my eyes. As a referral patient by my general dentist, this was the most kindest gesture I have ever experienced. My experience with this staff and practice has been truly unmatched by any other practice. Thank you, thank you, thank you

I truly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing Dr. Roy Faulks and his entire team are. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Cathy at the front desk was incredibly kind and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process in a clear and professional way, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Faulks was exceptional. Front desk was very very friendly. However I did not like that I came in for my appointment and was quoted a $187 consultation fee and left out paying $394 because the office did not retrieve my X-rays from my dental office beforehand. Had I known, I would gotten them myself and brought them with me. Dr. Sohee is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. On two separate occasions, office staff mistakenly gave me paperwork containing another patient's private medical and financial information. I have also seen other patients' digital charts open on the computer while I waited in the operatory. When I pointed out that this was a HIPAA violation, I was told by the dental assistant that "it isn't a problem." If you care about your private medical information remaining private, find a different office.
