On two separate occasions, office staff mistakenly gave me paperwork containing another patient's private medical and financial information. I have also seen other patients' digital charts open on the computer while I waited in the operatory. When I pointed out that this was a HIPAA violation, I was told by the dental assistant that "it isn't a problem." If you care about your private medical information remaining private, find a different office.

I felt like I was in a car dealership and was surprised they didn't try to sell me a truck bed liner. Sound, experienced endodintists who treat you like a car part in a factory. Too often surley (underpaid, overworked?) front desk who in my case wouldn't send medical records out after requesting them twice and when you call a third time they say they can't send them out without a signed form (the one you signed 3 months ago). They took the x-rays did the exam, never gave me a consult about pricing or what was approved and verified by my insurance and then when I left I was forced to pay the 400$ for a procedure I was not going to have done there. Not looking to help pay Mercedes car payments as a single mother for a doctor that makes too ... read more

Dr. Brian Mears and his assistant were very welcoming. He put me at ease immediately. He explained everything thoroughly and performed my tooth extraction flawlessly. He is an expert in his field.

Dr Brian Mears is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever seen. He expertly extracted three teeth with no discomfort at all during or after the procedure. Very pleasant and very knowledgeable. So up to date on the latest procedures. I totally recommend him to anyone needing a dentist!! A “5 star” in my book!!
