I’m giving three stars because the financial lady Connie is the absolute worst. I have been told by some of the front desk people that she has driven people away from this location time and time again. Sounds to me like she needs to go. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve given this place the whole four stars. We absolutely adore Dr. Powers. He is the best. If it wasn’t for him, I would have left because of Connie. I will say that I am considering it if she does one more thing.
Just took my daughter to be seen yesterday and the doctors were wonderful. The front desk staff however were rude and unprofessional. When I walked in the 2 ladies at the front just kept talking like I wasn’t even standing there and didn’t even look at me instead they were gossiping about an ice cream party. When they were ready to check my child in who was really sick the look I got was like I was bothering them cause she had to help me. The front desk workers here are so awful I wish I could just avoid them and use the kio... read more
