HORRRIBLE customer service over the phone!! We just moved to Long Beach and we're treated like we were a bother to them! I never leave reviews. But felt this was needed.
Dr. McCormick, her colleagues, and staff are the best! My chronically ill children received wonderful care and all decisions were in the best interest of my boys, Jack and Frank. The physicians and staff showed so much compassion for them. They also handled this neurotic mother with constant and endless empathy. Dr. McCormick will be greatly missed in retirement!!
I really am liking this Pediatric office more and more..The Drs are really thorough, nice as well as patient. I often am able to get my child in same day that I call..the wait time in lobby is usually never more than 10 minutes..and what I love is how the Dr calls you within 48 hrs first thing in morning to update you on any results as well as check on your lil kiddo to see how he/she is doing. As a parent...I like it!!
