Just took my daughter to be seen yesterday and the doctors were wonderful. The front desk staff however were rude and unprofessional. When I walked in I wasn’t even acknowledged the 2 ladies at the front just kept talking like I wasn’t even standing there. Gossiping about an ice cream party. Then finally when the women was ready to check my child in who was really sick the look I got was like I was bothering them cause she had to help me check in my sick child. Excellent customer service.
The last 3 visits, I’ve waited over an hour just to be seen by the doctor. The last 2 times the doctor told me it’s because the front desk “forgot” to mark that I showed up and was here. I walked out of this last appointment after waiting an hour, and no explanation of what was taking so long. So many issues more than just always having to wait.
