They wouldn't honor the Toro warranty. I honestly don't think they want to do Toro warranty work. I was sent on a wild goose chase by the clerk who said I needed to contact Toro to get an RA to do the work. I spent hours attempting to get this from Toro and they ultimately said they didn't do such RA's. Diversion tactic IMO by the local company. I bought a 2021 Bad Boy Rogue 61”, 35 HP mower brand new. It has only around 300 hours on it, and the repeated failures I have had are not normal wear, they point to poor manufacturing quality. The first steering linkage-related failure happened at around 150 hours. Now the left side has failed too. I have also had to weld the right handle, weld the seat three different times, and the drive belt tension spring has stranded me three times. I am now on my fourth spring.
