I lived at 6511 for 3.5 years. They can’t hold down managers, they delete services requests and get upset with you when you follow up with them about it. The section of roof over our front door was also completely rotting, growing mushrooms, and literally falling apart and they never did anything about it over the entire time we lived there. I would give zero stars if I could. Living under this landlord's management has been an absolute nightmare from day one — the apartments are infested with cockroaches, bed bugs and despite countless written requests, pest control only came 1 time to address the issues and no major measures was ever taken. Left apartment clean and ready for new tenant to move in but they said I Left it dirty. ( not true) They said it is my fault for someone shooting up the whole apartment complex for a bullet hole in my door. And so much more. Im tired going to bed.
