I lived at one of Columbia Modern Living’s properties for four years. Aside from generally being poorly managed and poorly maintained, the move-out process has been an absolute headache. I lived at 6511 for 3.5 years. They can’t hold down managers, they delete services requests and get upset with you when you follow up with them about it. The section of roof over our front door was also completely rotting, growing mushrooms, and literally falling apart and they never did anything about it over the entire time we lived there. My parents are current tenants. The struggle they continue to experience at this place is insane. Management doesn’t resolve any complaints or concerns, yet they do have a repeat slogan ““I will let the owner know”. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤯😳
They nice when you applying and looking at property. But once you are in, it switches. Rude and short tempered managers personality changes and does 180. Not good.
