Feel supported and understood.
Care is very organized — I love that someone always answers the phone—and that the providers have someone covering for them in the event they are unavailable. And they take insurance!! I came from a solo practitioner who did not take insurance. This is night and day a change for the better!!
So excellent to have access to a therapist and psychiatrist both on line or in person. It is not easy to find good services that accept insurance. Grateful for Columbia Mental Health.
