Co-workers brought my wife from Chatham to this Urgent Care on the suggestion of a phone call with her Primary Care Physician after her blood pressure spiked at work. Waiting Room. Paperwork. Put in little room. Doctor knocks on door and says "we can't treat you here for that - you need to go to the hospital". Okay fine. From hospital ER I call to ask if they refunded the co-pay since she couldn't be treated. Was put on hold, then told "co-pay is still due as she was evaluated". Evaluated? Awful experience last night. The girl was a pa. Sinuses hurt , throat hurts and my neck is swollen. Told me that they won’t treat until it’s been 14 days. Seriously? She didn’t check anything but look in my throat. She was more concerned about getting back to watching her Netflix because hey had 0 patients!!!

-I went to the Rapid Care Center with what I thought might be pneumonia. Lucky for me the doctor there diagnosed me with 10 minutes with stage four congestive heart failure. Minutes later, they the amubulance there and I was off to Albany Med. They were fast, efficient, and made me feel comfortable, especially having just given me a pretty scary diagnosis. They saved my life.
Absolutely the worst rapid care around. Friday was my last bad experience at this rapid care and I will never come back. Took my son the next day to the urgent care in catskill because I couldn't get his fever to go down and he has full blown strep throat. Providers at this rapid care don't like to listen to the parents and most of them Have a terrible bedside manner. Was amazed on how fast and nice the people were. So nice to see a office clean too because I've been to the hospital and their not so much. The mane doctor I saw was awesome. Definitely would recommend
