This place is going downhill, service is slow and inadequate. Most of their doctors have left, you are now most likely seen by a PA.
All 3 of these stars are for the pediatric department, but adult medicine gets negative stars. We love our pediatrician, Dr. Cole, and any time we go in for a sick visit all the nurses and doctors are wonderful with our son. The adult medicine doctors are nothing but insulting and patronizing. I've gone in before to get tested for flu only to have my weight discussed the entire time I was there. One of the worst service I've ever seen. They are extremely unprofessional. They have a website but it won't update patient's test result unless after a considerable long time. They won;t answer phones. Very disappointed with the Doctor/Nurse practioner Julie Vaugh. Not sure how this guy got the license renewed.
Please change the chairs in the front office. They look ugly.
Falsifying my medical records. Filed a complaint. No response. Now had me confirm my appointment and come in only to gloat when they told me it was canceled. Never called to tell me. All I can say is Karma will have her day.
