Let me start off by saying i have reached out to their customer service in hopes to resolve my issues, and complete silence on their end absolutely no response. Truly an awful experience and practice. This is my first review of anything thats how bad this practice is and the staff are. IF YOU DO ANYTHING TODAY, LET IT BE PICKING A DIFFERENT MEDICAL PROVIDER. I have had a few bad experiences with CMP over the years but continued going just because I only needed to go every once and a while and I really liked the doctor and NP I saw (both are now gone from the practice). However, my experience today was enough that I will never go back. I have been taking the same medication prescribed by CMP for years now. Peter Cheng was my primary. I call in for an appt and they tell me unless I join some membership program he can’t be my primary. No problem with that. He never gave me good counsel in my opinion as my primary. So I talk to a nurse practitioner. Nice guy. He orders labs. Labs done get prescription. Go to pharmacy. No prescription. Pharmacy leaves me multiple messages letting me know my prescription is ready. I go to the pharmacy multiple times. They have it under my first name twice.
