I’ve always been happy with the pediatricians but adult medicine is deplorable. From the people answering the phones, the check in process, the receptionist, the providers, every part of the process was not just subpar, it was shocking. This place should not be in business. Believe the reviews and save yourself the trouble.
Dr. Leichtling and his team are intelligent, meticulous, and professional medical practitioners you'll find. In the rare case that he can't take care of you, he'll find the specialist who can, and then keep connected with you to ensure you are being treated with the best of care.
**UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW** 10/20/26 The practice has made a complete turn-around from the last time I saw them. Today, I took my younger son in for a well-child check and his appointment was great from start to finish. The provider we saw, Karen Vorsteg and her office staff were excellent. Karen is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Check-in was easy, fast and we were seen quickly. All the staff were very friendly and made my son comfortable. DON'T Recommend this place. I can't believe there are medical places like Columbia Medical Practice. Very poor customer service, not professional in all aspects. They rushed you in the process, anything related to medical you be taken with Precauci�n.
