No response regarding prior authorization. The pharmacy requested over 3 weeks ago, I have called them twice and my insurance has also submitted a request. This is unacceptable. I will NOT recommend this organization to anyone.
I have been with CMP for over 15 years, it is now time to say THIS INSANITY is not my REALITY. I see providers in Internal Medicine and Gynecology. Recently I requested a call from Dr. Noscow regarding a visit and medication. Needless to say his assistant or CNA returned my call. She stated what she interpreted as his message. REALLY ? These people have gone full blown toxic, and it all began with a new PA back in 2019. Now, the doctors are VIP only leaving care to PAs who have no commitment or care to patients. You’re getting charged for services your insurance does not charge for. Billing does not return calls. They lie to your face. Patients have become one big joke to these people. It’s all very disconcerting.
I wanted to receive home health services for my 98 year old mother after her release from a skilled nursing facility but didn’t know who to call or what to do. During a follow up office visit for my mother I was introduced to Nicole Combs who immediately jumped into action and told me what she and Michael Elmore could do to help.
