nobody Answers the phone. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and this is out to hang up even been waited to get a call back and still no one answered or even called me back since then I’ve been waiting a month to get an appointment and you can’t even set an appointment on the app. This is crazy.
Avoid Yewande Olasimbo at all costs. She communicates very poorly and has little to no regard for your time. I had made an appointment for 2 weeks ago to get a routine physical. I was told on arrival that day that this was considered a "first visit" appointment (despite being existing patient with the practice) and that I would need to reschedule the physical, which I did for first thing this morning. Waited 45 minutes for an 8 minute visit.
Save yourself, do not go here. I have been their customer from last 15+ years. I needed an appointment for quick cold/chest check visit. They do after hours too. They denied appointment. They told me they are booked for 1 week. What's the point if they can not give you appointment despite of having a multiple dr/nurse practitioner facility. The dr are ok; but the staffs are worse. Save yourself. There is a reason this facility is this low in google. I am in the process of moving my regular office to other place.
This practice is such a hostile environment. They literally insult you to your face about your condition. I feel like I’m in a third world country. My health is rapidly declining over the stress I feel just having to go in or call for an appointment. I know others who left because their BP was always higher only when they went in for follow-ups. I’m reading others’ reviews and it’s a disgrace and a relief that it’s not just me. I can’t wait to find a replacement.
