I had a great experience thanks to Alexia and Christian at the front desk! The check in process was warm, welcoming, and quick. Their friendly attitudes set the tone of my stay. The hotel was in a great location for my traveling purposes. Definitely will be returning !
After completing a long stay at this hotel I can say I am reluctant to stay again due to one main fact the customer service. The lounge first is really small and food is fine but generally the same every day. Jennett provided great service and took it to the next level in the lounge, this was the best service I received at a hotel in years. My room was clean, ac and heat worked perfectly. Horrible customer service.
The Hotel was very nice located in the heart of the city… rooms were comfortable and clean enough… special mention to Prahar at the Desk who was very helpful during the check in and took care of my requests during the assignment of the room to me. People like him are true example of Marriott Hospitality. Will surely come to stay again.
