Property manager harassed us about a sample for a potential job we were going to do for them. Unreasonable and demanding. Do not do any work for them.

This is ridiculous. This company didn't answer the phone half the time, didn't return phone calls and never showed up for work, period. Once we asked for Workers Compensation insurance we never heard from them again until I finally reached Nick who just stated that because they couldn't get the insurance to us that they "assumed" they wouldn't be able to start. What company does not return messages ever?
