I do not recommend living at any Highmark Residential owned property and specifically Columbia Hills Apartments at this time. Highmark has an F with the Better Business Bureau on their corporate listing. I wasn’t aware of that before becoming a resident. Had I known that, I would definitely have thought twice about renting any Highmark Property. Specifically the property management office and employees here lack good communication skills, they let important tasks, key responsibilities, and basic health and safety things ... read more
