Very clean tree lined property. It shows that both the owners as well as the management have high standards. The office staff (Sam and Barb) are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We are extremely pleased with the service and property conditions.
Sam Regohos worked so hard for my family and I to make sure we were happy and secure with the house we picked. This is one of the worst landlords in my opinion. They made us jump through too many administrative hoops just to live in a tiny, cheaply built box. The company and local managers are 100% corporatized, meaning they treated us with 0% humanness. You are nothing but a number to them, which is why there is basically no sense of community among residents.
