RecommendedVery prompt and professional. fixed my problem at a fair price and showed me how I could service my unit in the future. I will not hesitate to call them in the future or recommend them to friends and family. I am afraid I haven't had this level of satisfaction with a lot of contractors and repair services I have dealt with recently.
Mark did a great job for me and a client that I referred to him. He was prompt and clean and organized. Mark didn't gauge me due to the fact it was in the middle of winter when my heater tanked. Another company tried to take advantage of the situation and I wasn't amused. If you want a fair good guy I recommend him.
Called earlier today for my 70 y/o Father because his house was 85*. They put him on a standby list for later tonight and within 2 hrs they were at his house. I believe his name was Marcus and was very polite and determined the problem in a matter of minutes. We are both happy campers because I dont have to worry about my dad roasting in the house anymore. Will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.
