Awesome staff and service. Glad I found them for my hearing aid repair and service.
I have been using Columbia Hearing for about 4 yrs now. I had my hearing test at the university and didn’t care for there customer service. The Columbia Hearing folks-are always 100% very efficient and understanding. That is very important when helping a person with hearing loss. I had purchased my aids in Springfield the whole office was a real joke. I was so happy when I came to these folks and they were so knowledgeable. The receptionist is always excellent with customer care.
Can i give 10 stars? They deserve it. In today"s world service is almost unheard of but not here. They are really great people who know what the hell they are doing. I could not recommend more highly.
The folks at Columbia hearing center took out the time to explain what type of hearing loss I had, what help I could get and what would be best for me! 5 Stars for sure!!!!!
I used the University Hearing group for year but was never really satisfied. My wife found the Columbia Hearing Center and I tried them. Here's what I found. Two guys who knew what they were doing, who spent extra time learning about my special needs and then meeting them with high quality products. They are the real deal. And the administrative Assistant is just the best as well.
I've had excellent service since 2013 with Jason, Nathan and Katie. They are kind and so patient!!! Very happy with my hearing aids.
Always happy with how my 80 year old husband is treated. Always professional, gentle & understanding!
