Awesome service. They carry so many brands of hearing aids as well - as opposed to some places which only carry their own brand. I also got to try out 3 different hearing aid brands to see which one worked best for me...this was after they told me which hearing aids were best suited for my particular type of hearing loss. There was a HUGE difference between the 3 brands...one was awful, one was good and one was great.

I had no idea what was involved in getting my hearing tested but the folks at Columbia Hearing Center did a great job explaining the process. The folks were professional and they were very prompt with my appointment time. A great experience.

They are awesome people. Nathan and Katie go out of there why to help me with anything that comes up. I picked the best place to buy my Hearing aids. You can't go wrong going to Columbia Hearing Center.
They are professional, use high quality evaluation equipment, and are informative about the options of hearing aids. Follow up service is excellent.
We had a relative visit from out of town and their hearing aid wasn’t working quite right. We called Katie and she squeezed us in for a cleaning and an evaluation. It was exceptional service and Jason Baker was thorough and thoughtful. He explained that we needed a follow up with an ear, nose and throat specialist as well as getting the aid serviced. He even offered to personally call in the referral. We were so lucky to find them. This place is the best kept secret in Columbia, MO.
