Izzy was great, drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle smooth and quick process everything was ready. Team including Izzy made sure I was taken cared of the whole process.
Bought my leased vehicle, my bank requested a buyout packet and was told multiple times from the sales person I worked with that there was no such thing and that all that was needed was a 10 day payoff. The number that was given to me was supposed to include sales tax but it did not, I now owe an extra 2k+ and was told I should have asked for the buyout packet.
Chris was very attentive to our needs. It’s pleasant working with him, he can give jokes but he can also take them as well. We are so happy with our Highlander!
