Our wedding cake was incredible! Highly recommend working with Blossom Baking, so many guests said it was the best wedding cake they've ever had. We got a lemon buttermilk sweetheart cake and a sheet cake, it was absolutely perfect.
We loved working with Amy for our wedding reception desserts on July 4th at Mt. View Orchards! We decided to do a dessert bar instead of a cake. She made the whole process so smooth and prepared a tasting box several months before our event to help us pick what we wanted. Everyone loved the desserts, everything was so tasty and she made setup and take down a breeze. She easily accommodated having several gluten free options including a cupcake which was so good! We can’t thank her enough and highly recommend!
Blossom baking made our wedding cake and it was the most beautiful and most delicious cake I’ve ever had. I’m not even a huge cake person and it was so good I cried when I had the sample. Also, the owner was so incredibly kind and friendly and FUN to work with which is such a welcome quality when you’re a stressed out bride. She was so energetic and lovely! Amy at Blossom Baking was truly amazing. From start to finish, everything was easy, thoughtful, and beautifully done. We did a full cupcake tasting set, which was such a fun and generous way to choose flavors, and the delivery to our venue on the big day was completely seamless. We had Blossom Baking cater the desserts and cake for our wedding, and we were so happy with everything! Amy is not only an amazing baker, but a kind and thoughtful person who went above and beyond to get all the details just right.
