Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff! Wouldn't take me on as a new patient because I missed an appointment. I called from the hospital to cancel the upcoming one. I was in the hospital and had undergone a major surgery (amputation of my leg). Called today and they wouldn't schedule me! Unbelievable!
FNP Morgan Sweeney is helpful and thoughtful about her work and really listened to my concerns. She's been prompt when i needed prescriptions refilled and is always organized.
I've been with this practice since 2020 and the experience was wonderful with Dr. Palmer. Today a new doctor is filling in since he left for a much better opportunity. The secretary is very very rude. Her attitude has done a whole 360⁰in a matter of a week! If Dr. Palmer was still there I would give this business 5±++ stars! I feel the new doctori is not being attentive to my personal needs right now which is crucial to my well-being!!! Since the PCP Corporation has taken over this practice the service is not what it use to be. It's hard to make appointments now, when you call you can't talk to anyone in the doctor's office that you visit, and the staff has no form of empathy for the patients. So I called because I needed to reschedule a lab appointment, which they cancelled the original appointment, and I was told I would need to schedule the lab appointment directly with the office however the follow up appointment was scheduled.
