The experience was top notch. From check in to the exit was so well organized. Bless Dr. Mercer for his healing hands and bedside manner. He calmed my nerves before the procedure and went on to restore my vision. Job well done!
My experience was excellent. There was no pain during or after surgery. The doctor and the nurse and anesthesiologist were kind, attentive and worked well together. Dr Dickson followed up and confirmed that the results were good.
Doctor Crosswell is so professional and great at what he does. Also, his staff. It's more than you could ever ask for they are wonderful and caring, not just standing back and talking to each other, but they're with the patient making sure they are okay.
I had combined cataract and cornea transplant (DMEk) surgery by Dr Cross. He is professional and personable He even called me the night before surgery to discuss expectations and answer questions. I appreciated this very much as it calmed my anxiety, and I felt fully informed. The surgery went very well with no complications. The follow-up and after care was exceptional.
