. This business has no respect for the customer's time. 2. Every doctor visit I have had to wait over an hour sometimes 2 hours. 3. Doctor Cross kept pushing for me to get the surgery he said my insurance would pay for it but it did not and I'm left with a huge bill and it did not correct my vision and now he keeps continuing to push for the operation in the other eye. 4.
