I had a fear of dentist after a bad past episode with another dental clinic but when I went here the staff was nice, helpful, and patient with me. The dentist and his assistant were so patient and gentle with me I had major problem areas and I felt no pain. To the whole staff GREAT JOB KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK YOU DO!!!!! TO anyone in need of dental work done Please Please do yourself a favor and come to the BEST DENTAL CLINC IN COLUMBIA SC.
I had an appointment scheduled to remove my wisdom teeth a month and a half in advance, i got a call a day before saying they couldn’t do my appointment and I have to reschedule! I have a life!! Cannot reschedule with my families work to watch my children for me or take extra time off due to have been on maternity leave for 8 weeks. Smh.
Dr. Cain was so friendly and kind! Had 4 wisdom teeth removed without sedation and it went quickly! He made sure I would be comfortable at home and sent in meds and gave me care instructions at home for a smooth recovery! His assistant was also really sweet and helped keep me calm!
I wanted to like this place but the service was just not it. The doctor I saw could barely explain anything I asked. When I went in for my sedation extraction he could not start my iv had to get another doctor to do it. ( he was very nice wish I could have saw him.) I woke up during procedure in pain & they told my husband that I was crying because I’m a female. I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place is phenomenal. I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out today without IV sedation. They made sure I was comfortable, numb and once I had a little laughing gas I was good to go! Even through the procedure they made sure I was comfortable, if I felt a pinch they numbed me a little more. Thank you Columbia Dental Health for taking care of me, being patient and making me comfortable.
