I highly recommend Columbia Dental Health Center for your dental health care. Dr Cain is a great dentist that really cares about patients. Dr Cain and his team did my dental care and I had no issues. His team even followed up the next day to make sure I had no issues. Also Dr Cain spent time talking to me on my first visit and recommended that I go to a E.R due to my blood pressure and thanks to Dr Cain I discovered I had other medical issues that I didn’t know about. Phenomenal experience. Kaylee the nurse was great and super sweet! The doctor was great as well! Sadly, I don’t remember his name but had awesome bedside manners. Definitely will be back for the rest of my dental needs.
My grandson was actually the patient. He was treated with such kindness, care and professionalism. The practice and staff are so well coordinated and Dr. Cain is the best oral surgeon. He made us both feel so at ease. The office was very clean and we appreciate the experience we had.
terrible service from the call to the receptionist. I was not even a 15 minute call and she wasn’t being patient at all. I let them know it was an emergency and told me you guys don’t make appointments for emergencies services. Even though it’s on google . Ended up getting an appointment for next month for a decaying tooth. and only knew it from a text . My son has special needs and it's not easy finding services that would give him that extra care and attention that is needed. I found Dr. Sudduth and the staff at Columbia Dental health center so empathetic and helpful and just did a wonderful job with my son. I can highly recommend them.
