My visit was terrible !! NO ONE....was at the front desk... My appointment was at 10:00 I was there @9:40 am and it was no one there to greet me. They were in a meeting. This is the 2nd time that this office can't get it together. Next, the dentist rushed after checking me. WHAT A MESS!!! This is the 2nd time as well.
As a business person, I always observe how customers are handled during their visit to any business. I can say this office was well above par on all my visits.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the upfront pricing so that I was aware of my out of pocket cost. I would recommend this to allo my friends.
