I can’t say enough great things about Erica! She’s incredibly friendly and always makes me feel completely at ease in the chair. Going to the dentist isn’t exactly everyone’s favorite activity, but Erica’s calm and welcoming approach makes the experience so much better. She takes time to explain what she’s doing and offers helpful tips without ever making you feel judged. Her professionalism and care are what keep me coming back. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great hygienist!
I had a wonderful experience at Columbia Dental. My hygienist Erica made my visit very comfortable. It has been a long time since I have been to the dentist, and she answered all my questions. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
So glad I switched dentists!!! I’ve NEVER had such a thorough visit to the dentist before. Now I fully understand my individual issues and my options to correct my misaligned jaw and teeth. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Office is super clean. I didn’t have to wait. So happy I found Columbia Dental Group!!
I originally came here for a specific tooth that was bothering me but Hope and Dr. Clayton made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of that I’m definitely going to become a regular patient with them! I was a bit nervous and kind of self conscious upon arrival as I haven’t regularly seen a dentist in a really long time, but they made me feel right at home and devised a plan with me to help not only get that one tooth taken care of but also to get the rest of my smile looking picture perfect! I appreciate the way I was treated by your staff. Erica was fantastic and explained everything about a plan to fix my teeth but more than that, I felt respected. I felt "seen" and once you reach a certain age, that doesn't always happen. Dr. Clayton was very professional and thorough. The reception women were helpful too. (I want to say, Brandy...& ?) Thank you! I want to say, "I'll be back", but insurance and being "out of network" might be an issue. So, hopefully, see you all in December.
