Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this dentist friendly? Yes Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider's office too loud? I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need... When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I have been going to this practice for many years and everyone (staff and Dr. Hertzburg) have been very understanding of my dental phobia. There have been many dental visits where I have not needed to take the gas. I have recommended this dentist to friends who are very pleased and continue to go there for dental treatment.
