Such a great dental clinic in Kamloops! Columbia Dental has an amazing team! They are kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They make the whole visit stress-free and comfortable. So glad to have found a dentist like this locally.
Usually a great experience, but my recent visit was disappointing. I arrived for an early appointment to find the clinic closed. Staff arrived 15 minutes late, then made me wait another 15 before simply asking to rebook. I asked for a callback to reschedule, but never heard back. If I were this late, I’d be charged a no-show fee. Please respect your patients' time. Update: changing to 4-stars as the business did its due diligence and took necessary steps to make this right.
