When I first arrived, I had to wait a good 20 to 25 minutes in a room that was either not air-conditioned or barely functioning on a 90° day. Then the receptionist let me know the doctor was running late and that I could either wait another 20 to 25 minutes, come back later, or reschedule altogether.
