WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Unorganized, DIRTY. I had a tooth extracted today. When I called to tell them I was in pain. The receptionist yelled “WERE NOT PRESCRIBING YOU NARCOTIC!” And hung up...... never again will I go there... I’m in more pain now then I was when I walked in. THANKS FOR NOHING
RecommendedI hate going to the dentist!!!! But Columbia Dental in Waterbury is the absolute best starting with the staff. Very efficient and pleasant and then come to the doctor. Dr Weiss is the best. So gentle and so professional and so nice. RecommendedI want to thank all the doctors and nurses who helped me yesterday. I have a fear of the dentist and I was very nervous to be there. The staff was so nice and patient with me and even got me to laugh a couple times! I really appreciate the effort they put in to ease my anxiety and calm me down. I felt like they really cared about how I was feeling. Thank you all ❤

I’m in need of a root canal and I’m in so much pain! They cancelled my appointment last Friday and said the doctor isn’t coming in. So we rescheduled it for tomorrow (14th) they called earlier in the day to confirm. And I just got a phone call at 6:45pm canceling my appointment again!!! Very Frustrating and will be going to another dentist.
RecommendedI just wanted to take a minute to say that I have always had a fear of doctors. My experience there has been very good because of Dr. Okasha and his assistant Jodie Stewart. She explained everything that was going to happen and reduced my fears. She reassured me and was so kind. The doctor has been very knowledgeable in what he's been doing and I'd like to thank you for not only your professionalism but also your caring of patients. Thank you so much.
-100/5 stars. They called me 3 times to reschedule my appointment all saying the previous person had scheduled the appointment wrong. Not good service at all. Do not recommend.

This place is a complete joke and scam! I literally went because one of my teeth chipped and I was hoping to get a filling because it was bothering me and they decided to examine the other side of my mouth and tell me that I needed an urgent immediate root canal right away. I told them I’ve been dealing with that discomfort for months and that it is not my primary concern they did not listen to me and then told me that my insurance would not cover the root canal and we’re expecting me to pay out-of-pocket or open a care cred... read more
