DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! After living here for two years and having a lovely experience with management a new manager Lene came on board right before we moved out. We are now facing charges of nearly $1,200 for a carpet replacement for carpet that was in near perfect condition since moving in. Carpet is meant to be replaced every 5 years per Columbia Crossing's invoice Lene sent us. According to her the carpets were replaced on 3/21/19 when in fact they HAVE NOT BEEN REPLACED SINCE 2015. RecommendedI have called Columbia Crossing home for nearly 7 years now. The location, size of the units and value of the community can’t be beat in Arlington! And I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the office staff. I had ankle surgery a while back and was non-weight bearing for 6 weeks - not easy in a walk-up. Laura, one of our leasing agents in the office, went out of her way to be helpful, bringing me packages and checking in on me.
