Manager Asst. Is just wonderful! She's very patient and very detail and professional about your questions. The place looks clean and quiet and thank God no pets allowed!
I'm senior citizen looking for a new place to stay one thing I do not understand about some people if things are as bad as y'all express in reviews about the property or for example retail business why don't y'all move or just stop supporting the business in most cases especially dealing with elderly parent's and grandparent's safety make it make sense 🤷
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT...Ever since my Great Aunts son died, the management here has been trying to make her life a living nightmare. Her rent alone takes up more than 75% of her social security each month. Sheila, the manager at the location, will not allow me to visit my 97 year old Great Aunt because of a "background check"... Which makes absolutely no sense.... Terrible management here. The property manager, Sheila, curses at the residents, raises her voice, and is extremely rude. She has had many confrontations with not just residents, but guests as well. The woman who works at the desk is extremely impatient and rude as well. I called to check on my loved one, and was told that was not allowed. There are roaches throughout the entire complex. The rent has been increased by almost 30 percent within the past year, and the residents are struggling to keep up with the payments. As a ... read more
