Very nice and professional.
Dropped my jeep off this morning for an 8:30AM appointment. Arrived to pick it up at 2:40PM thinking they just forgot to call, and the service gentleman came to me to tell me they haven’t even started yet. And it could still be another hour or so. Customer service certainly fell short today, and a “courtesy call” should have been made.
