I purchased a new RAM, with a trade-in. My salesman was Aaron Banks. He was very patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure, which I especially appreciated. He had the vehicle that I called about cleaned and prepped for our appointment and I liked that. The valuation of my trade-in went smoothly. After the purchase he walked me through all the vehicle’s technology and features. So I came away with a good impression! I would recommend this dealership.

I wish i could rate this at a Zero, but I do not get that option,,, Columbia Chrysler Service Department is trash. They definitely meet below on service and they have poor customer service especially Ron. made me cringe having to deal with him because he makes you feel so worrisome,, not welcoming at all. At first, I looked over it because i thought he was just having a bad day, but nope, went back again, still the same attitude.
