I am so disappointed that at this facility, 6 months ago I took my child to this office and had a treatment plan for 4 small adult fillings to be done , we completed the first two fillings , 3 weeks ago we had a plan to fill the 2 others , i had to reschedule that appointment when I called to reschedule this appointment they informed me i could not do that with out a cleaning first , I requested to please let me get the work he needs none first because of lost time at school and my work schedule i didnt have the time to do s... read more

Patient and professional-this is how I would describe Orchard Hills! They care about the children and make them feel comfortable. They are attentive, and explain what they are doing at each step. My kids love Dr. Ritchie and his team. Thank you for doing such a great job.
Great office! My 4 year old daughter had an emergency extraction and Dr. Ritchie was amazing and so was the rest of the staff! Thank you so much!!!
