Our daughter had an appointment today to get her teeth cleaned. My wife was going to accompany her and she was also bringing our newborn daughter. She was advised that she would not be allowed in with our newborn due to COVID. This newborn poses almost no risk as one she has mostly been quarantined since birth, she is a infant, and she would be in her car seat covered up. This clinic goes out of its way to not be helpful. They assign me to a doctor who was out of network and as a result I was left with a large medical bill. My doctor left the clinic a few months later and I was never informed. I asked if my new doctor was covered under my new insurance they refer me to call my healthcare provider which is the answer they always give. This is extremely sad as their demographics are mostly people of color whose native language is not English. I wonder how many more people they are taking advant... read more

I randomly get a letter in the mail for one of my children saying they’ve been trying to reach me and leaving voicemails but they haven’t heard from me. I get these once to twice a year for my 2 older boys. Lies. They send a letter and are lazy and don’t actually bother calling. I call and call for weeks. Everyday I’m on hold for hours to schedule an appointment for one of my kids. If you want proper care go to a place that actually uses their phone. The team at Dentistry For Kids is so caring and compassionate. They really take their time to accommodate my 16 yo son on the spectrum. I am continually impressed with their service. thank you.
