RecommendedSaw Dr. Brandon during this pandemic and while 25 weeks pregnant his whole staff made me feel comfortable and safe the whole time. Got a wisdom tooth removed with general numbing medication and didn't feel discomfort during the extraction even after I didn't need to use prescribed pain killers. I truly felt they cared for me when they kept in contact with my OB to make sure they agreed with treatment as well. they definitely went above and beyond. Also pricing is very affordable!
Staff is personable and Dr. Toponce was very thorough in his explanation and responded to any question I had.
never had pain. If that doesn't convince you, then the service is very courteous. I am and have been always happy with the service I received. if you have any questions they are there for you. they really do care about your health, and the oral surgeons are really awesome, the whole staff is awesome. I would like to say thank you to Columbia Basin oral for such great service.
The staff is super friendly and professional. Dr Cooper is great! he explains things so well on what is being done and expected outcomes.He made the whole process seem not so scary. He was very accommodating as to the day I could have surgery. He made it happen and I can't thank him enough
I have dental anxiety fairly badly. My experience was easy going and follow up was very helpful
We we're very happy with all their staff from being checked in,to being taken back and having the procedure done. Everyone was very on point with making sure my daughter new what they were going to do and what they would do if there were any complications with her blood sugars dropping. At no time ever did I feel uncomfortable leaving her. So I'd Like to thank you all for taking care of my girl so good. Have had several appointments with Dr. Teeples. The office is clean, friendly and efficient. Dr. Teeples is professional and I feel extremely comfortable and confident in his care. All questions are answered and communication is thorough.
