I had an excellent experience with Columbia Basin Oral Surgeons. I went to them for a wisdom teeth removal and all of the staff were incredibly professional and very kind. I was always seen promptly, the entire establishment was very clean, and any and all questions I had were answered. I was extremely apprehensive before my surgery and multiple staff members did their best to put my mind at ease. Had a wisdom tooth out today and I had thee best service and care!! Every staff member from the receptionist to the surgeon was amazing! So nice!! Dr. Reddinger was fantastic! I highly highly recommend!! Thank you again!
They take great care of patients and I would recommend to anyone getting their wisdom teeth pulled!
Dr Teeples has been a nightmare. He did my surgery and then blew me off during an emergency appt 3 days post-op (leaving me to see Dr Reddinger) then blew off my 1 week follow up appt (again left me to see Reddinger). Teeples ignored the problems I had and left my with an infection for weeks, only finally treated because Reddinger took the time to listen. I plan to take my complaint as far as I can, Teeples has caused me extra healrh issues and a ton of extra money with it all. He is a sad excuse for a surgeon.
customer service was not very good. they turned my daughter away just because she got a little upset about the amount they wanted to charge her at time of service (note she was a little out of it and in pain from having 2 wisdom teeth removed the day before) and instead of taking a more professional way to resolve the issue,,, they pretty much told her to go somewhere else because they saw that it was going to be an issue, financially, for her.... really!!! shes a student and has parents!!! you would of got paid!! just blows... read more

I have known Dr Cooper since he first moved to town. He has helped my family and we have total trust and confidence when going there.
Their team did a great job informing us with aftercare instructions and answering the questions that arose. They took care of my kids and let them be as independent as possible in decision making. I would recommend them and use their services again.
