As a first time home buyer, Tracy was amazing from the start. She broke the buying process down so we didn’t have any missing gaps or feel as if we got an unfair deal. Any question we had she was ready with an answer and very responsive. Tracy is so personable and a very good listener. You can’t go wrong buying or selling with this team! I would recommend them over and over.
We chose to work with Tracy after our previous realtor suddenly moved out of the area, with less than a weeks notice. Tracy stepped up to the plate, and we had an offer within 12 days. They were the first party to view the home, and did purchase it. We were extremely pleased with how Tracy was always on top of things, and kept us informed throughout the process.
