horrible nightmare, the dentures looked like an idiot made them and the lady dentist had the nerve to say they looked good OMG, they were as loose as a goose and the bottom teeth were way longer than the top ones. every time I sent them back to fix them they came back way worse, finally I had enough. please beware people
I had the worst experience at Columbia basin dentures, I had several appointments in a 9 month time and the reason for that was the wax model they made me looked so stupid, it did not fit right it was off centered and my bite was so far off that i could not chew food and what really got me was the lady dentist acted like they looked good. I sent them back several times to be fixed and each time I got them back they kept getting worse and worse, it was a joke. Shawn moller fkn outstanding Dr Joshua is a sincere genuine square bear who appreciates the value of an individuals smile and unique look for your teeth he works very hard to insure satisfaction with comfort fit and look even if it takes several tries. Doesn't matter if your a ghetto squeeze bag like me on state ins. Or a reg. Paying Joe. Thier tech person treated my specs for individual look seriously and with artistic flair. I am so happy with my dentures A++ awesome guys and thank you Dr. Josh. I am finally whole
The staff and the doctor are so friendly and helpful it's a Joy going there.
I cannot think of any improvement at this time. You listen to me and if I had any complaints , you adjusted my partial until it was a good fix. The people are friendly and professional in their jobs. I was able to get there on the bus, which to me is important. I have no complaints. about anything. Keep up the good work.
There is nothing that needs to be changed
Oh nothing but I will be coming in sometime to get my them adjusted a little better that my bottom plates are hurting so I stopped wearing them the bottoms
I got my dentures in a short amount of time and they look and feel great. The denturist is very skilled and makes you feel comfortable and the staff was amazing. I recommend this place for anyone who needs dentures and wants them to look natural.
Great friendly and fast not to mention josh gave me my smile back how can anyone complain lol thanks for being amazing
