Great location, amazing staff!
Made my first appointment via online since they dont answer the phone and called a couple of tome and Doctor Said that they will call. me to schedule an appointment for my allergy test and they never did and try contacting via chat and they never reply but with statement there on time I dont get it.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. about a year ago I started going here, was told I could come in every 2 days to try and get to the monthly dose as soon as possible. sold. fast forward, working out of town, no biggie I go backwards on a few shots. now almost a year later still not onto a monthly dose, I found out that the office has a protocol that you can only come in once a week during peak allergy season. OK. but now the main reason I would never recommend is becuase the office cant get something with their hea... read more
If I had choice I would have never used this clinic. But I have to stick with it due to the allergy shots. The people are nice, I love the front desk, the nurses and etc. but their booking system, billing system and etc all seem to be messed up. I worried I would have my information stolen or sold for some reasons.
To anyone reading the reviews from the other clinic-it's the same clinic. Woe is you who cannot find anywhere else to go. Assume communication will not be in their best interests. They want to do the least amount of work for your trouble, it seems. So disappointed in their lack of thoroughness for your behalf..beware.
