Columbia Appraisals grossly undervalued a client's appraisal. When my company reordered a second appraisal Columbia Appraisals cut and pasted the previous appraisal ignoring newer comps costing my client $ thousands in closing costs.
Becky H on review below decided to commit fraud. I gave her a full refund because I decided not to work for her. I had completed an appraisal for her 2 years prior. She took a pdf copy of that appraisal and made changes to it. She committed fraud. We are currently working with officials to have her penalized for this fraud. Her bogus review will be removed. I wish I had seen this sooner.
This appraiser never provided an appraisal or a refund. I paid him. He said he would have an appraisal to me by a certain date and time---never heard from him again! Do not use him he is a flake.
