NIGHTMARE!! Refuse to give insurance company required medical info to get claim paid! - They RARELY answer the phone and never return voicemails. - Constantly changing locations and hours without telling patients. - Never send you the paperwork to sign for them to make the allergen medication so you can start allergy shots. - Employees ghost you in email correspondence trying to get a claim paid. - I've spent 4 months, at least 25 phone calls, half a dozen emails, a dozen texts with the OWNER, my insurance company called the... read more
Avoid this clinic. You cannot reach them on the phone, they don't cancel your appointment if randomly closing for a day, and don't always have your dosage on hand for your scheduled appointment. They stated the charges for receiving multiple shots at once were one amount but then tried to bill us for thousands of dollars (the combined shots only being necessary due to their own errors). Total headache- we've wasted a lot of time with this business and are transferring elsewhere. Stay away!
DON’T GO NEAR THiS PLACE. It is somehow corrupt. In my opinion any good review is part of a scam. I called this place over 20 times attempting to make an appointment. Finally drove to their site and in the nearly bare room sat a single young man. The room showed no indication any sort of medical office. He said the phone is answered in Seattle. DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s had its downs and (not so high ups). I had allergy testing done here a few years ago that they lost in the transfer from all paper to computer records so I had to pay to have the same testing done again. I have been trying to get ahold of them since September and occasionally get through to a front desk person (or the manager option one time) to get my Epi pen and inhaler filled. At first there were red flags that I ignored to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had to go to this place because this is who my PCP referred me to. We set up the first appointment consultation to be over zoom. I was never sent a link so at our scheduled time I called and left a message. 10 minutes later, the doctor calls me and asks me if I know that I'm late for an appointment.
