This branch of Columbia Allergy is closed. Talking with the Tigard office, it is unlikely they will reopen, and if they do it would not be at this location. The Tigard office has a different phone number, so don't try the phone number listed on the Beaverton office.

I had an excellent experience here. There a few minor hiccups with billing, but they were resolved. I went here 2 years while living in Oregon for grad school. Dr Chang was great. He has a nice personality and was very knowledgeable. I had allergy shots here every 6 weeks so I was a frequent patient and my encounters with other staff were friendly as well. Thank you! I want to like this place so much. The customer service inconsistent, It is not what you say, it is how you say it. Needless to say, their turn over in staff is high, with inexperienced people working there. The only person I liked was the actual doctor, Dr Chang. Be polite especially during a pandemic.
