Update:2 years later I'm redoing most of the woodwork they did because it was all done incorrectly with the wrong nails (now rusted out) and one of the posts they set even fell down. Happy with the work that was done and they reworked some stuff that didn't look right with no issues. The main issue was communication. We were mostly in the dark about when they would show up and despite a few phone calls were always notified last minute. My husband seemed to have better luck calling about statuses than I did. Chris's crew did a great job! They worked quickly, neatly, politely, and did so at a competitive price. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Coltus Roofing was contacted for a small leak after a storm . When Chris arrived not only did he look and fix the leak he inspected my roof . Also checked the amount of granules collected in my gutter as my roof was new. He was extremely professional, didn’t mind looking at another companies roof and giving me an honest assessment. Coltus roofing & Construction will be who we use from now on.
