Coltus Roofing is second to none. They are patient, kind and fairly priced. They don’t push you to do anything, they make recommendations and let you decide. When it comes time to actually put the roof they are fast and efficient. And they CLEAN UP VERY WELL after the work is done. This is our third time to use them and if there is ever a need for a fourth, you can guarantee we will be calling Coltus.
They were supposed to do an estimate. They scheduled a time and I never got an estimate and could not get a reply from Chris Stinnett who just wouldn't reply.
I can whole-heartedly recommend Coltus Roofing. They are a locally owned business which I really like. When I first called them to give me an estimate, they came out the next day to meet me at my convenience. They showed me pictures of the various roof damage I had even flying a drone to get a better view of the hard to reach areas. Couldn’t ask for nicer or more helpful group of people. I called to have a roof inspected on house that me and my family were in the process of buying. I gave them the address and a tight timeline to meet. Chris was there when he said he was going to be there and had the inspection report back the day he said he would have it back. Very punctual and very dependable. I would highly recommend them for any inspections or other roofing needs.
