We had called ahead to see how long the wait was for 3 people, lady said it would be about 15 minutes. We walk in and they say its 30-35 minutes, first of all, the guy didn't even look up to talk or smile or asked how we were doing, so first rudeness to start off. Second, we sit down and order, we got our drinks fairly quick, then order our food, another 40 minutes or so go by before our good gets there then we cant even get refills! Always a great meal with great service! It's nice to know you're eating somewhere where the management strives to maintain a clean and all-around great dining experience, and especially the constant care in giving back to the community.

Couple of weeks ago I ordered the ribs... tasted amazing, great smoked flavor! Saturday we went back to Coltons and again I ordered the ribs that I so enjoyed the first time. This time they were so disgusting that I will probably never eat ribs in my life again! They had no smoke flavor, they looked boiled, there was absolutely no meat on them, nothing but fast and gristle! I’m very sorry to hear this. I’m not sure what happened or why the ribs were of poor quality that day. We certainly would never boil them or purposely send out an inferior product, but obviously we missed this. I can’t apologize enough. Please message me if you change your mind about coming back. I have ate there many times. The staff is always friendly and timely. If something seems wrong or taking to long the wait staff always upfront about and apologizes with the upmost respect and kindness. Hat off to the kitchen they do awesome job with the food. It always great food and same preparation on the food each time. Thank you for all your employees and the way that serve the guest. YOUR AWESOME!!!!!
