I can't comment on their imaging ability but their billing is sloppy, and their customer service is completely inept. I had an imagining procedure which should have been covered 100% by my insurance company, but Touchstone billed insurance with the wrong procedure code. I have spent countless hours on the phone with my insurance company, the referring physician, and with Touchstone billing department. I have contacted Touchstone alone 5 or 6 times. The error clearly lies with Touchstone but they have not corrected the error.... read more

This place is super busy so expect to be there for a long time. My husband had an appointment for 1:15pm and was called in for his procedure at 1:55pm. We ended up getting out of there around 2:55pm for a 20 minutes MRI. Ridiculous! I would never come back to this place.

Had my MRI a week ago. The young lady doing the test was wonderful. She was very reassuring when I had to come out once. I couldn't have asked for a better person to hold my hand and calm me. Also the woman at the front desk is so helpful and efficient. What an unusual place these days. I've talked to, I think, Linda 2x's and she's been so very helpful and prompt in helping me. Overall, great experience, wouldn't go anywhere else given the choice.

While the price is very reasonable, and the location is decent, the management is rude and unreliable at best. It can take up to a month just to be contacted about a repair, and then it may never get done anyway. Management has also been heard to talk poorly about one tenant to another, very obviously has preferred tenants, ignore their own rules, and "ask" tenants to do things that they have no power over. All in all, it's a nice place to live, if you can deal with the above.

The staff was wonderful! Very caring! I had an MRI and was pretty nervous about having it done. One of the young ladies stood at my side and held my hand for the entire time! I wish all my healthcare experiences were good.
