Everything here is amazing! We all love the steaks and they have some of the best Bernaise sauce we have ever tried. Gougere & Charcuterie are both amazing as well as the desserts.
We felt very welcomed here by the bartender. Peiroges were great. Good cocktails.

It is hard to be precise here. There are many things at Colt and Gray that keep us going back, though we are staunch Stay in-Louisville diners. The vibe there is both welcoming and foreshadowing of special dining ahead. They have perfected glorification of oft reviled or ignored meat bits, to where they are beautiful, delicious, and taste incredible.
